You read it correctly. Siriano, the ever-so-talented winner of Project Runway, has partnered with Payless to bring high-fashion to the masses; without the high prices. The prices will range from $25 to $45!!!
Now, on the downside; yes there is a downside, you will have to wait until September for the line to debut. But moreso, everyone that's a wanna-be-fashionista will have a pair... I'm sorry ladies to dampen your spirits. I do think the shoes are hottt!!! But as hottt as they are, I will not be in the line for the grand debut.
