OMG!!! I'm sitting here watching The Hills(one of my favs) and during commercial break, I see Lauren Conrad has arrived on the 2008 MTV VMA's red carpet... Check out this dress!!!... She's always so fab!!! Her make-up and hair is also on point!!! GO L.C.!!!
